Get COVID-19 treatment at no cost using the Cue Health App

Before you get started, please check that you have the following:

• Internet access

• Mobile device with a camera

• Your email address and access to your email account

To receive your treatment :

• Visit the Apple or Google Play app store and search for Cue Health to download the Cue Health App

• Open the app and enter your name, email address, and password to create a Cue Health account

• Open the verification email we send to your email address and click VERIFY EMAIL

• Login to your Cue Health account

• Follow the prompts to set up your profile and answer some questions about your health

• Join a video call with a healthcare provider to learn more about your treatment options
