Individuals located in Minnesota who have symptoms of COVID-19 AND tested positive OR been exposed to someone with COVID-19 are eligible for a telehealth consultation at no-cost, provided by the Minnesota Department of Health in partnership with Cue Health.

Rx Treatment - Please Read

If prescribed treatment, providers can issue prescriptions to your local pharmacy, or in some areas of the state, the prescription medication can be delivered to your home. This service is available at no cost. A copay may be needed for the medication, but patient assistance programs may be available to help cover costs, and most eligible patients will receive medication at little or no cost. Please contact your pharmacy for more information.

Paid for by the Minnesota Department of Health. Must be physically located in the state of Minnesota to qualify. Must create an account to receive COVID-19 treatment services through Cue Health. COVID-19 treatment services are available only to individuals 12 years or older with symptoms of COVID-19 and either a positive COVID-19 test or a recent exposure to someone with COVID-19. For minor children (ages 12-17), a parent or guardian with a Cue Health account who is authorized to consent on behalf of the child must be present.

Cue COVID-19 treatment services include a virtual care visit with a qualified health provider who will help determine whether a prescription or treatment referral is right for you. This service does not address life-threatening conditions. In case of an emergency, please call 911. Medication requires prescription and is subject to availability, independent judgment of the provider, and patient eligibility.
