Paid for by the Minnesota Department of Health. Must be physically located in the state of Minnesota to qualify. Must create an account to receive COVID-19 treatment services through Cue Health. COVID-19 treatment services are available only to individuals 12 years or older who recently tested positive for COVID-19. For minor children (ages 12-17), a parent or guardian with a Cue Health account who is authorized to consent on behalf of the child must be present.
